That would be RISD!! Man, but it’s so hard to get into @m@ But I think I’d also be happy studying illustration elsewhere if I don’t go there.

(but I’m also hyped about animation, too… calarts would be nice too ha…)

I’ve never used it. How’s the consistently vs acrylic or oil? Do you like it better?

HMM I’d say it’s a combination of watercolors and acrylics (the watery, thin consistancy of watercolors and thick, opaque of acrylics). Compared to oils, the color sticks and dries faster so there isn’t a lot of blending while applying like oils does. Nor is it transparent like oils can be. And I’ve always preferred watercolors/gouache over oils because it’s a lot cleaner to work with (and no turpentine! yeah!).

(I also recommend you just try out some for yourself. A lot of these things takes some self-discovery!)
